ABOUT THE HOUSE ACADEMY
The House Academy has over thirty years of experience in managing student lettings. We invest a lot of time and effort in making sure that all our houses offer high quality, fully-furnished, contemporary accommodation.
How we do it
We employ full-time maintenance staff to ensure that our high standards are preserved. Our accommodation ranges from 2 bedroom flats to 8 bedroom houses, and these are situated in the popular student areas of Highfield, Portswood, and the Polygon, in the city centre.
Why we do it
As ex-Southampton University students we care for our tenants as well as our properties, and employ friendly, professional staff. The House Academy believes in charging a fair price for our accommodation, making our rent levels very competitive. There is no deposit when you enter a tenancy agreement with us.
